For Immediate Release

Monday, March 23, 2015, the Dons Net Café, received recognition from YSA (Youth Service America) to be their Community Partner for Global Youth Service Day.

The Dons Net Café is busy recruiting youth from around Santa Barbara to volunteer at the Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival, a yearly and loved event for this group.

Dons Net Café will be running the very popular Coffee Booth again this year helping the Community Environmental Council to raise funds to support their 45th year of helping mother earth to remain heathy.

Also, the Dons Net Café will again partner with BiciCentro to park bikes for all Earth Day attendees.  We encourage everyone to bike, walk, skate, or utilize local transportation, it is Earth Day after all!

Especially exciting will be the Youth March for Climate Change Parade on April the 19th, led by Snook the Sloth and also by Dons Net Café's Dr. Jane Goodall Roots and Shoots Peace Dove.  This gives Santa Barbara youth a voice and awareness about climate change and the empowerment we all seek to change the things we can.

The Dons Net Café is actively seeking partners and volunteers to work with at Earth Day.  One thing is guaranteed, it will be fun and you will be surrounded by good people doing some good in the world.
