Embroidery have not had a break since they have started selling. The freshmen in the class, Elizabeth Avila and Kameryn Baurofeld have taken over this business. They have been trained by Sharron Hening, a Santa Barbara High School Alumni to learn what it takes to be a successful team.

Elizabeth and Kameryn have been working together to make many Dons Net Cafe ties. They had to make more than forty ties for the employees to wear at the Bakersfield Trade Fair. The ties are also available to anybody that would like to buy one and say DONS on them.

They have had many customers asking for many items. The team is now getting aprons to customize for many SBHS staff. The aprons include their last name with a Dons logo on the apron to show that they are proud to be a Don. The t-shirts that they sell are also able to be customized as well. The team is also able to put any name or design on the shirt as well at a reasonable price.

Stitching up the Sales

Kameron was busy for a long time getting an order done for a customer ordering hand towels. This was her first time working with another type of fabric that is not silk, "I was a little worried of how the towels will look like but I was confident enough with the machine that I knew what I was doing." The towels came out great and our customer was pleased to have them and proud to be a great sponsor of the Dons Net Cafe. This was Embroidery's first sale!

Now that the embroidery team is more confident behind the machine they are hoping to get a six inch needle machine to start making hats. The team is getting help with this request by Grant House. He is a great sponsor of the DNC and is now willing to help more with embroidery. Elizabeth and Kameryn are currently training Sierra from Marketing and Marco from sales to have a bigger team. They are now creating many more items for more customers.
