Earth Day & GYSD Day!

Earth Day was amazing! It was the weekend of April 21th-22nd, and to top it all off the weather was perfect (Sunday was a little cooler then we liked but

did not damper our spirits). There was live music prefomed on the main stage, a food court, a social media area, and a kids area. Some of the DNC chickens 2011 preformed "We Ride Diffrently" on the main stage on Saturday afternoon. We had the opportunity to fly our Jane Goodall's Peace Dove and everyone was amazed by it.

Customers were very impressed with al the hard work the Dons Net Cafe does, especially because we're only high school students.

The Dons Net Cafe had their own booth and was working together with the members of Earth Day to recruit volunteers. We had over 72 volunteers from Santa Barbara High School participate and volunteer at Earth Day. Now the DNC is looking foward to next years Earth Day!
